THE LATE JAMES ROWLAND

It is with sadness and regret I have to report the passing of James Rowland.

James was well known as a golf referee in Devon Golf and also for England Golf. In the past he held a good many seminars and helped many people qualify as golf referees. James also contributed to county guidance on The Rules of Golf for specific competitions.

There is to be a small private family funeral. Our thoughts and condolences are with his wife Janice and family.
